stavovská organizácia združujúca pastierov oviec, známa v niektorých oblastiach Slovenska pred zrušením cechov v roku 1872. Ako záujmová organizácia mala sledovať hospodárske a sociálne záujmy svojich členov. Známe boli od 18. storočia, v období vrcholného rozvoja cechovníctva, keď na Slovensku bolo vyše 1000 rôznych cechov v 160 lokalitách. Najviac ich tvorili remeselníci, ale existovali aj cechy prvovýrobcov (vinohradníci, rybári), medzi ktoré možno zaradiť aj cech pastierov. Ich význam v kultúrnej histórii Slovenska je oproti cechom remeselníkov zanedbateľný.
